Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out we’re happy to help.

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

Damaged Items
In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can arrange a refund or exchange.

Sale & Discounted Items
Any items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for online store credit only, not a refund to the original form of payment.

Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your return is due to our error or a defective product. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping all returns back to us.

Processing Time & Store Credit
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2 business days for our returns department to inspect and process it.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment for full-price items, or issued as online store credit for discounted items. Online credits may be used on our site only and will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
